Bridge Street Books is an independent, award winning, family run bookshop which opened November 1999. We are all passionate about books & reading and enjoy nothing more than recommending great reads, helping you find the books you want – and maybe a few you didn’t even know you were looking for!

Got two books with a voucher and had a lovely experience. The customer service was really friendly. You’re allowed to potter around and browse at your own pace, which makes it a very relaxing place to visit. Cosy atmosphere and a great selection of books. Will definitely be back in this Wicklow town gem.

Lovely local Wicklow Town book store. Make sure to explore and look in all the corners and rooms. A wonderful selection of books from well known to local and niche options. Beautiful children's section. My favorite were the gardening and local Irish sections which were vast and unique.

Beautiful bookshop with the most incredible range and selection. The staff are the most helpful and knowledgeable you could ask for! My favourite book store to purchase all of my books in!

One of the last true independent book shops in Ireland. This is a special place. It’s not the biggest but the staff are very helpful and are happy to make recommendations for you. They have a large children’s section which is organised by age group.
The window displays are always changing and they will always order books in if they don’t have them in stock.
